This role involves installing and supporting client platforms, troubleshooting issues, and managing service levels. Candidates should have strong desktop troubleshooting skills, communication abilities, and experience in desktop support. Familiarity with iOS and Android devices is an advantage. Applicants with a Nitec/Higher Nitec in IT-relevant fields are preferred.
