EUC Support Engineer (Break/Fix – Laptops, Desktops, Printers)


We are looking for an experienced EUC (End User Computing) Support Engineer responsible for handling break/fix incidents related to end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral hardware. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical support to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal downtime for end users.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support for EUC devices including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software break/fix incidents in a timely manner.

Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of hardware components.

Handle operating system issues (Windows/Mac) including OS installation, patching, and upgrades.

Manage printer setup, connectivity issues, and driver-related troubleshooting.
