Endpoint Security Systems Administrator

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Managing and leading patch management and endpoint security operations across Windows, macOS, and Linux(Ubuntu).
• Extensive experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central (patching third-party software and OS updates) and Palo Alto Cortex XDR agent lifecycle management.
• Working with Qualys vulnerability reports to remediate vulnerabilities across corporate servers and CorpIT devices.
• Performing patching and security remediation on Linux (Ubuntu) servers hosted on GCP.
• Supporting PaloAlto Prisma Access (GlobalProtect & PAB) client connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrating longer tenures in prior roles (ideally 2+ years) that show ownership, accountability, and consistency.
