Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager (Energy Efficiency) for a 12+ month contract position located in Newark, NJ.


Pay range: $79.10 - $89.10 per hour​, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management oversight over scope, schedule and budget of energy efficiency projects
  • Develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs
  • Interface with associates, vendors, customers and outside consultants to assure program rules and requirements are maintained
  • Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques
  • Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction
