As an Engagement Manager at Flowable, you own the commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise accounts: deepening relationships, uncovering new automation opportunities, and growing our services business through expansions, renewals, and trusted advisory partnerships.

This is not a reactive role. Your edge comes from deep account knowledge, broad stakeholder networks, and a genuine understanding of what customers are trying to achieve. You will also partner with Account Executives during the closing stages of new logo deals to scope the initial services engagement and, once signed, that account is yours to grow.
