Job Title: Engineer in Training II ( ELDS Support Engineer / Technologist)

Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extensions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Engineer or Engineering Technologist to support and maintain External Leak Detection Systems (ELDS) across facilities, remote sites, and high-consequence areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance and health of installed ELDS, including reviewing alarms, system uptime, and operational trends.
• Prepare and distribute regular performance reports, highlighting system issues, corrective actions, and key metrics.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system alarms, identify root causes, and work with field operations, controls/network teams, and vendors to implement solutions.
