What You Will Do

1.Provide professional and technical support in operation project:

oDrive high impact improvement project.

oIdentify high value continual improvement opportunities.

oAdvise on project scope definition, and financial justifications;

oFacilitate project improvementby application of LSS tools & methodology.

oBuilding strong partnership with operation team

oBest practice sharing among Molex plants.

2.Schedule and implement operation daily management activities.

oImprove operation standardization and stabilization by standard work and digital visual management.

oDevelop training schedule for cell leader to improve manage skill.

oCoach area leader to execute and optimize Gemba and Huddle activities.

3.Any other duties that are assigned as and when required or deemed necessary for
