Lead manufacturing equipment standardization, setup, and training (including preparation of work instructions), and source new technologies from the market.Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed effectively to minimize equipment downtime and production impact.Drive system capability improvements (hardware, software, and automation) in collaboration with IT/OT coordinators, aligned with defined KPIs.Work closely with planners, production teams, and technicians to plan and execute equipment-related activities (TBM, CBM, and improvement initiatives) without delays.Support daily operations and troubleshoot yield or equipment-related issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work orders, documentation, and asset data in the SAP PM module.Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective maintenance programs for ma...
