Job Responsibilities

  • Design, Develop and Operate the monitoring system, automate tools, and services to support FBB & WiFi IP core network planning & operation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new service & technologies into existing system.

  • Regular analysis of the infrastructure service availability, performance to support the incident investigation, root cause analysis, and improvement.

  • Perform platform optimization, cost optimization, and security improvements (patching, tuning, or integrating security scanning tool) and perform security testing.
