As an Engineer, RCM (Direct Material Sourcing), you will play a key role in driving direct material sourcing strategies and supplier development to support manufacturing operations and new product initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality material sourcing while aligning with Molex’s compliance, quality, and sustainability standards.

Our Team

You will be part of the Regional Category Management (RCM) team within the DSS division, working closely with plant operations, engineering, and global sourcing teams. The team focuses on optimizing supplier performance and supporting business growth through strategic direct material sourcing initiatives.
