Job Description

On‑Site System Troubleshooting
  • Act as the L1 and L2 escalation point for all technical issues across multiple client environments.
  • Investigate root‑cause analysis (RCA), incident resolution, and long‑term corrective action planning.
  • Diagnose advanced issues, credentialing workflows, hardware faults, network routing, and subsystem integrations.
  • Engage vendor support teams for deep‑dive troubleshooting, bug escalations, and patch management.
  • Perform hardware replacement, firmware upgrade and system patching.
Multi‑Platform System Expertise
  • Hands‑on expertise in various systems: LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec, Milestone VMS.
  • Ability to configure, integrate, and optimize controllers, readers, credential formats, PIN/biometric workflows, and enterprise permissions across platforms is essential.
