Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate design and technical matters or projects
    Assist the marketing team in tender proposals and sales
  • Scrutinise projects' contract documents
  • Coordinate with engineers from the Design Division on shop drawings production
  • Prepare method statements, calculations, technical submittals and attend to the site's technical problems
  • Study and check the accuracy of shop drawings
  • Prepare budget/costings for projects
  • Liaise with clients' representatives and engineers to ensure smooth progress of work on site
  • Negotiate with clients on contractual matters
  • Prepare monthly Site Activity Reports and Bi-weekly Project Progress Report
  • You will also be trained in the Headquarters' Design Division and/or the Formwork Engineering Department, subject to the exigency of duties in the Projects & Operations Department
