Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate design and technical matters or projects
Assist the marketing team in tender proposals and sales - Scrutinise projects' contract documents
- Coordinate with engineers from the Design Division on shop drawings production
- Prepare method statements, calculations, technical submittals and attend to the site's technical problems
- Study and check the accuracy of shop drawings
- Prepare budget/costings for projects
- Liaise with clients' representatives and engineers to ensure smooth progress of work on site
- Negotiate with clients on contractual matters
- Prepare monthly Site Activity Reports and Bi-weekly Project Progress Report
- You will also be trained in the Headquarters' Design Division and/or the Formwork Engineering Department, subject to the exigency of duties in the Projects & Operations Department
