Responsibilities
Scaffolding Provision
Assist the Production head in planning, deployment, and maintenance of scaffolding for ship maintenance and repair tasks. Ensure scaffolding structures meet safety standards and are built to accommodate operational needs. Coordinate with other departments on timely erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
Cleaning/Painting Provision
Assist the Production head in planning, deployment of manpower for painting/cleaning works. Understanding various methods of surface preparation, coating material and industrial standards and regulations to painting works. Coordination of all painting/cleaning activities effectively and safely.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, maritime laws, and company policies. Promote a culture of safety. Provide training and guidance on safety practices for all dep...
