Location: Colmar, France. Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates and their families if needed.
Travel: Approximately 50% to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey. Remote work up to 20% of time (one day per week). Office‑first role.

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high‑quality support remotely and on site
- Travel (~50%) to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey for installations, operations and troubleshooting
