Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
The Technical Content Writer – Brightlayer & Software Platforms is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving high-quality technical documentation for Eaton's cloud/IoT Platform and other software platforms within the Software Platforms group.
This role translates complex software engineering concepts, cloud architecture, API functionalities, and IoT platform capabilities into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for internal stakeholders, external customers, business partners, and developers. The position collaborates closely with product specialists, software engineers, support teams, and business partners while leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, consistency, and quality of technical content
