ABOUT THE ROLE

•Support engineering department in daily administrative operations, including document control, maintenance scheduling, and coordination with related departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

•Assist in processing and tracking maintenance requests, work orders, and ensuring all records are properly documented and updated.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Strong administrative, organizational, and document control skills with experience handling maintenance records, work orders, and reporting in engineering or hospitality operations.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with ability to manage data, support procurement process (PR/PO), and maintain accurate filing systems.
