POSITION SUMMARY:
The Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of all building facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role combines leadership with technical expertise, requiring a hands-on supervisor who can troubleshoot building systems and provide actionable recommendations to management. The ideal candidate will have experience not only in engineering principles but also in practical building maintenance and facility troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical), Architecture, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility or building maintenance, engineering, or a similar supervisory role.
Solid hands-on experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems.
