Engineering Assistant, Production Engineering

Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes. Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment. Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software) Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction Updated and control of equipment spare parts Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment Support new program / model start-up Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group Diploma in Electrical Engineering At least 3 years of similar experience in the manufacturing industry problem-solving skills Able to work in a team Able to perform shift work
