Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with engineering disciplines assigned to the project and work closely with project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations and construction teams to meet or exceed on‑time deliverables while maintaining quality and safety.
• Engineering Setup: Coordinate with engineering disciplines to establish engineering and design systems, engineering schedule, master document register (MDR), and procurement schedule.
• Engineering Deliverables: Issue all deliverables as per schedule.
• Engineering Schedule: Develop Level 3 and Level 4 (MDR) schedules of topsides/hull engineering.
• Engineering Management of Changes: Implement engineering change management for topsides/hull engineering post design freeze across all disciplines, including communication, tracking, and approval by relevant stakeholders.
