Norbec is searching for a hands-on Engineering Department Manager to oversee the Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering functions as they expand their new 150,000 ft² facility. This role requires a strategic engineering leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience and proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
