Engineering Designer

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 CAD per year

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Understands and uses computer design systems; experience in AutoCAD and Inventor is a must.
• Prepares detailed drawings, including technical layout, multiple views, detail drawings, and assembly drawings.
• Handles responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and interfaces with others inside and outside the company.
• Interfaces with internal staff, customers, and vendors regarding technical issues pertaining to parts, design, usage, specifications, etc.
• Understands and utilizes mathematical formulas and calculations related to engineering.
• Experience with ASME standards and IFS is an asset, but not required.
• Relevant product knowledge is an asset, but not required.
