Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Promote and enforce workplace and product safety in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely reporting of equipment failures, safety incidents, and near misses
• Conduct and monitor toolbox talks, safety walks, and safety inspections
• Oversee completion of periodic safety inspections and follow-up corrective actions to maintain high safety standards

Business & Operational Performance

• Manage service operations within the assigned area to achieve productivity, cost, and profitability targets
• Support the conversion of Free Maintenance units into paid service contracts
• Drive renewal and recovery of maintenance contracts, including price adjustments where applicable
