Ebury is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to join our Madrid office on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain our financial technology platform, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar leadership role, a deep understanding of software development methodologies, and excellent interpersonal skills.
