About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function at Anstey Wallpaper Company, part of Sanderson Design Group.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring that our machinery, facilities and engineering processes operate safely, reliably and efficiently —supporting both modern digital print technology and our heritage wallpaper manufacturing processes .

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving specialist production equipment within a commercial manufacturing environment , where engineering excellence directly impacts product quality, customer delivery and operational performance.
