Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading multiple project teams and managing activities of supporting teams and internal development partners, and overseeing logistics of parts for builds and prototypes. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration. The role manages project activities, develops schedules, tracks progress against the project activities and drives best practices, while leading less‑experienced staff members.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary point of contact for all requests supporting Factory Services.
• Acts as the customer interface for all Factory Service requests, regularly communicating with customers & sales teams to ensure flawless execution of customer’s requests.
