In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of technical service, parts sales, and contract management, ensuring that our HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment solutions meet the highest standards of performance. You will act as a primary liaison between customers and suppliers, driving revenue through strategic forecasting and negotiation while maintaining rigorous oversight of credit, collections, and departmental personnel.
