Job Description

Stellantis’ Brake Development, Corrosion, and Elastomer Laboratories are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage day-to-day laboratory operations supporting chassis and vehicle systems development. This role provides direct supervision of Hourly Bargaining Unit (HBU), Non-Bargaining Unit (NBU), and external contract Purchased Service (PSP) employees, while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of testing and work orders in support of global vehicle development programs.

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for coordinating testing activities across brake development dynamometers, vehicle corrosion teardown and assessment operations, and elastomer component testing laboratories. This position requires close collaboration with releasing engineers, vehicle line teams, and supporting organizations to plan, procure, setup, and execute tests that meet program timing and quality requirements.
