Responsibilities You will prepare designs and specifications for project contract solicitation and execution primarily involving repair, maintenance, and new construction of mechanical systems and other utilities systems with mechanical components. You will perform designs, mechanical calculations, equipment selections, write Request for Proposals (RFPs) and specifications, and prepare drawings and construction cost estimates.
