Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters for the assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations.
  • Attend client meetings and provide updates on FM issues and performance.
  • Ensure operational plans remain current, relevant, and on target.
  • Ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
  • Coordinate work assignments among technicians, vendors, and contractors. Review backlogged work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and approve invoices for completed works.
  • Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries.
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Check experience.
Requirements
