Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters for the assigned portfolio.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations.
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on FM issues and performance.
- Ensure operational plans remain current, relevant, and on target.
- Ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
- Coordinate work assignments among technicians, vendors, and contractors. Review backlogged work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and approve invoices for completed works.
- Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries.
- Quality Assurance / Quality Check experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Facilities Management or its equivalent.
