As the Enterprise Policy Governance Manager, you will play a key role at MDA Space in overseeing the management and communication of enterprise policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital to identify policy needs and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. This position focuses on continuous development and optimization of processes to support long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate enterprise-wide policies and procedures
• Oversee management and updates of policy changes
• Administer the organization’s policy ecosystem for sustainability
• Align policies with regulatory compliance and business goals
• Lead development of scalable processes for transformation
Requirements:
• 5–10 years' experience in transformation or process management
