Job Description
**We are hiring Machine Operators/Packagers in Monument Colorado!**
**Shifts & Pay-**
**Temporary (Contract) Pay Rates:**
+ **1st Shift:** 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | **$17.00/hr**
+ **2nd Shift:** 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | **$17.00/hr + 10% shift differential** (=$18.70/hr)
+ **3rd Shift:** 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | **$17.00/hr + 15% shift differential** (=$19.55/hr)
**Upon Permanent Conversion-**
+ **All shifts move to a $20.00/hr base rate**
+ **Shift differentials are applied on top of the $20/hr base only for 2nd and 3rd shifts**
+ **2nd Shift: $20/hr + 10% differential (for hours worked)**
+ 3rd Shift: $20/hr + 15% differential (for hours worked)
**What You’ll Do**
+ Load metal rods into production machinery (requires bending, lifting, and standing)
+ Operate machines used to manufacture medical components
+ Package medical products in a cleanroom environment
+ Use labeling and packaging equipment
