iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is looking for a support technician to provide prompt Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance to users via various channels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues and creating documentation to help users.
No prior experience is necessary; however, a high school diploma is required, and degrees in IT or related fields are a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
