General Function:

The ROC Logistics Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt, picking, packing, stocking, shipment and inventory accuracy of Retail client inventory on a daily basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive, pick, pack, stock, count and ship inventory on a daily basis with exceptional customer service and accuracy.
  • Be a point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for ROC supported Managers and Field Technicians regarding inventory, SIMS and RMS
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all transactions within the inventory management system.
