Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Support, or End User Support.
  • Experience with Active Directory, user account administration, and access management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral device issues.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of remote support tools and remote troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.


Preferred Skills:

Monitor and inspect the condition of existing devices and equipment (Access Points, switches, PCs, and printers).
