Job Title: Equipment & Tool Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a highly motivated professional to directly support production engineering in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. We focus on process improvement, efficiency, and interfacing with production floor personnel to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of equipment and tooling solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and develop equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to meet aerospace product design and build requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and collaborate on requirements, drawings, models, specifications, and purchase requests for new equipment and tooling.
  • Develop and document inspection and usage instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and user training materials for equipment and tooling.
