Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for groundworks and civil engineering projects
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Complete quantity take-offs and pricing exercises
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
Produce and submit tenders within deadlines
Work closely with commercial and operational teams
