Ethics Program Manager

**Job Description**
TheEthics Program Managerwill serve as the deputy of the Ethics and Business Conduct function at the Intelligence & Security Sector, will act in the director's absence, and will interact with employees of all levels within the sector.

The manager will support the director in the function's two primary objectives: a) to prevent and detect misconduct; and b) to promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law. With appropriate overlap, the manager will undertake those ethics function activities related to detection, while the director will undertake those functional activities related to prevention. The manager will travel across the sector's diverse sites and facilities to cultivate strategic relationships, reinforce our ethical business culture within the workforce, and enhance employee engagement with our Code of Conduct.
