rapsys technologies pte. ltd. is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Singapore to ensure the end-to-end delivery of End User Computing (EUC) Field Services across the ASPAC region for a global pharmaceutical client. This role entails strong focus on customer relationship management, people leadership, service management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive IT Service Delivery experience, particularly in EUC/Field Services, along with proven success in managing multi-country teams and vendor relationships.
