Join a dynamic team as an On-Demand EUC L1 Support Engineer, providing crucial onsite IT support. This freelance role involves troubleshooting various devices and assisting senior technicians.
We are seeking independent IT field engineers for a ticket-based, dispatch support role. Your expertise in EUC and desktop support will be pivotal in troubleshooting and performing hardware installations. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to assist with network connectivity and basic cabling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite Smart Hands and Level 1 EUC support
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform hardware installations and break/fix activities
• Assist with basic network connectivity and cabling
• Update tickets and document work performed
