The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills in desktop, laptop, printer, and network hardware, along with hands-on experience handling break-fix, installation, and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite EUC and network smart hands support for incidents, service requests, and installations.
