Job Description: A vacancy for Communications & Connectivity System Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space - Air Power in Getafe. Successful applicant will join Comms Systems Architectures Team within A/C Connectivity & Comms domain.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall Comms System Engineering Activities Coordination (Time, Cost and Quality)
• Overall Comms L1 System Design
• Contribution to the requirements and the design for all chains and segments within Comms
• Contribution to L1 Integration and Verification, Certification, Security Accreditation & Qualification
• Participation and contribution to L1 technical baselines and technical reviews
• Support Progress Reviews and Customer discussions
• Coordination with Chief Engineering Office, other Systems Work Packages, and COMMS Design Offices
