Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Customer Support: Professionally manage customer inquiries, requests, and issues regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries via live chat, phone, and email.
Booking & Modification Management: Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, flight re-bookings/re-issuances, and general after-sales support.
On-Site Event Operations: Travel and participate in live event operations, assisting with on-site coordination, logistics, and guest relations as required.
Issue Resolution & Escalation: Efficiently handle customer complaints and emergency situations with empathy and professionalism; coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
Data & Workflow Management: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to log tickets, maintain accurate data records, and perform systematic follow-ups.
