Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Events Coordinator with an active registration as a Basic Ambulance Assistant (BAA) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing the medical component of events, ensuring that all logistical and administrative aspects are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Handle all administrative duties related to event planning, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Prepare and manage quotes for events, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for. Process invoices and ensure timely payments Collaborate with medical professionals, and internal teams to coordinate event logistics. Oversee on-site coordination.
