  • Provide market coverage and sales for the areas.
  • Management of sales activities to achieve targeted qualitative metrics.
  • Oversee (Manage where possible) Credit Team activities and outputs within the cluster.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Recruitment, train, and development of Credit Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements in the cluster.
