• Facilitate timely and accurate market-side order placement and market-side finishing activities, including but not limited to active order monitoring and chasing late confirmations, prompt detection of irregularities, and efficient exception handling.
• Effectively manage client-side sales trading activities including advisory on order entry, special handling and pre/at-trade execution-related client queries originating from Wealth Management clients and third party financial institutions.
• Handle inbound information in Central Information Management system received from Transfer Agent.
• Support and/or drive initiatives to improve efficiency and manage risk; proactively keep in step with market development.
