Job Description

These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and always ensure proper stocking levels.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs and servicing as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staffs/ clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with internal staff and external clients as needed.
  • Assist with mail distribution, sorting incoming mail/ parcel and preparing outgoing mail/ parcel for shipment.
