Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organizedExecutive Assistantto support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, expertly managing their daily schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all commitments are met in a timely manner. This role also requires the provision of administrative support, basic bookkeeping, preparation of reports, and maintenance of confidential records.

Job Details:

  • Work from home
  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Standard time) Following US Holidays
