Job Description


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members

  • Act as a primary contact for both internal colleagues and external partners

  • Oversee complex scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and international travel arrangements

  • Manage inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up

  • Prepare meetings by organizing agendas, documenting minutes, and monitoring action items

  • Arrange and coordinate events such as meetings, business gatherings, and visits

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes in cooperation with HR

  • Process expense reports and support accurate financial administration

  • Contribute to ongoing projects and handle various administrative tasks as needed

  • Perform research and compile information for reports and presentations

  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations
