Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members
- Act as a primary contact for both internal colleagues and external partners
- Oversee complex scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and international travel arrangements
- Manage inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up
- Prepare meetings by organizing agendas, documenting minutes, and monitoring action items
- Arrange and coordinate events such as meetings, business gatherings, and visits
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes in cooperation with HR
- Process expense reports and support accurate financial administration
- Contribute to ongoing projects and handle various administrative tasks as needed
- Perform research and compile information for reports and presentations
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations
