Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Scheduling Support
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
Presentation Preparation
- Create, edit, and format professional presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
