We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held organization in SW Edmonton to hire an Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator . This is a key front-facing role supporting the President while also acting as the central hub of the office.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment where they can take ownership and bring structure. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal direction.
This role is fully in office in SW Edmonton.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide dedicated support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and email triage
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming communications
